Who We Are
First Responder Ready is developed by Lulz Development, an independent mobile app developer building practical tools for first responders and emergency services professionals.

Section 02
Data We Collect
First Responder Ready does not collect any personal data. All information you enter — including your name, fitness goals, meal logs, workout history, step counts, water intake, and body weight — is stored exclusively on your device using local storage.
We have no servers, no user accounts, and no data transmission of any kind.
Section 03
Data Storage
All app data is stored locally on your device using React Native AsyncStorage. This data:
- Never leaves your device
- Is not backed up to any external server
- Is not accessible by Lulz Development or any third party
- Can be permanently deleted via "Delete Profile" in Settings or by uninstalling the app
Section 04
Step & Motion Data
First Responder Ready uses your device's built-in pedometer (via the Expo Sensors API) to count your daily steps. This data is read directly from your device's motion coprocessor and stored only locally on your device.
We do not access Apple Health, Google Fit, or any third-party health platform.
Section 05
Notifications
If you enable notifications, First Responder Ready uses your device's local notification system to send reminders. These are entirely local — no push notification servers are used, and no notification data is transmitted externally.
You can disable notifications at any time in Settings or via your device's system settings.
Section 06
Third-Party Services
First Responder Ready does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data services. We do not use:
- Analytics platforms (e.g. Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Advertising networks of any kind
- Crash reporting or error tracking services
- Social media SDKs or login
- Cloud sync or backup services
Section 07
Children's Privacy
First Responder Ready is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. As we collect no data at all, there is no risk of children's data being stored or transmitted.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in an updated version of the app with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
